Boatwave provides a full range of services.  We can set up a full turn-key marina wireless system, or a single access point within your existing coffee shop network.  In this framework we can work with Internet Service Providers, or with private/public place managers to provide network access for your common customers.

Consulting and Design

Is wireless networking possible at your location?  What will the costs be?  How can you use existing infrastructure?  How can I make it secure?  In this step we look at your options, and perform a site survey.  Many installations are routine.  This step also involves the coordination between the Local High Speed Internet Service Provider, and the property manager.  

Sales

We offer the full range of Cisco Wireless Products, and Cisco routers.  If you have a network infrastructure you only may need a wireless access point.  We also offer routers to add security and an interface between the ISP and the wireless location.  We only offer the highest quality Cisco products - since network troubleshooting is very costly. 

Installation

We provide quality installation services in a wide range of environments.  We specialize in difficult outdoor campus and marina applications.

Ongoing Support

Quality, reliability, and automatic diagnostics are the keystones of our systems.  Our goal is to keep you .  If your wireless network goes down we will run diagnostics from our office.  In the rare event of a hardware failure we will have the replacement part shipped next day delivery.
