The primary ongoing support issue is validating users.  The "MAC filtering" technique is the simplest and lowest cost for you to administer.  Your customers will give you the MAC address of their client card i.e. AA1234BB56F4, you have to type this in once.  This will give them access and prevent anyone else from getting into your network.  You can add many cards to this list.
